Spring, spring, spring!
Is it just me or am I the only one who loves spring cleaning? I go through closets, cupboards, and get down and dirty scrubbing grout, and sucking up dust bunnies from the winter. Spring is the time for a fresh start, fresh air, and fresh breath? Yes I said it, fresh breath. You didn’t think I would be talking about only cleaning my house did you? This is a dental blog you know :)
Many people take this time of year to get all caught up on appointments and self-care. It’s that feeling of rejuvenation and fresh starts that’s in the air.
I just treated myself today by having my own hygiene visit and let me tell you, it was glorious! My teeth feel like smooth glass and my gums feel all tingly and happy. Yes, yes, I know most of you reading this probably think I’ve lost my marbles but I promise you that that’s what regular dental visits should feel like. A spa day for your mouth!
